Hi, I'm Tricia!
I am based in sunny South Florida, where I work at the intersection of product management and artificial intelligence.
I started my career with a criminology degree from the University of Florida — not the most obvious path to tech, but it gave me a foundation in analytical thinking and understanding human behavior that I use every single day. From there I moved into process improvement and data analysis before finding my way into product management, where I have spent over a decade building software products that actually change how people work and learn.
Most recently I served as an AI/ML Principal Product Manager at Oracle, where I designed the product specification for a Margin Compliance AI Agent — a conversational AI tool built on RAG architecture that gives sales representatives real-time pricing guidance during active deal negotiations. Before that, I built a 0-to-1 K-12 EdTech web application at Charter Schools USA from the ground up, conducting user research across 87 schools, leading a development team through launch, and driving a letter-grade increase in 38% of schools within two years. That project is still the one I am most proud of — and the one that inspired me to pursue a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction.
I believe in lifelong learning, which is why I am currently studying computer programming at Stanford University and completed a Full Stack Development certificate at MIT Professional Education. I am endlessly curious about where AI and education intersect and what it means to build products that genuinely improve people's lives.
When I am not thinking about products, I am cooking healthy versions of my favorite foods, exploring international cuisines, and planning my next trip somewhere I have never been.
Fun Fact: As a twin, I still find myself answering to my sister's name even after all these years!
