Work Experience & Key Achievements
AI/ML Principal Product Manager, Oracle, 2025 - present
I lead the design and delivery of commercial enterprise SaaS features within Oracle Fusion Cloud, shipped to Oracle's global customer base. I own the end-to-end Redwood UI product design for Cost Lists and Shipping Charge Lists — authoring detailed product design documents (PRDs), collaborating with UX on Figma wireframes, and driving alignment across global engineering, QA, and pricing SME teams. My most significant work has been in AI — I conceptualized and authored the product specification for a Margin Compliance AI Agent, a RAG-based agentic workflow that allows pricing admins to upload target margin policy documents, which the AI parses and applies to deliver real-time margin compliance guardrails to sales reps during active negotiations. Through this project, I built hands-on fluency in Oracle AI Studio, defining the functional requirements for the agent's workflow logic, topic triggers, and data integration details. I have also developed deep domain knowledge across the major Oracle Fusion pricing stack, giving me the technical depth to bridge business requirements and engineering decisions effectively.
PO/Senior Functional Analyst, Office Depot Corporate, 2018 - 2024
I led business process modernization and efficiency improvement initiatives through technological integration, automation, and system upgrades. My projects centered around driving organizational transformation via IT-driven innovations, with a focus on enhancing supply chain operations, optimizing order management systems, improving financial processes, and elevating customer service capabilities. These efforts resulted in streamlined operations and significant performance improvements across key business functions.
Process Design & Improvement, Charter Schools USA, 2011 - 2018
At Charter Schools USA I owned a true 0-to-1 product, a proprietary K-12 EdTech web application built from the ground up to improve student academic outcomes. I drove the vision and roadmap, conducted user research across 87 schools using a champion model to identify high-performing school practices, created interactive prototypes, and led an 8-person development team through Agile sprints from concept to launch within five months. I drove teacher adoption through weekly office hours and in-person training, tracking goal completion rates and declining support attendance as leading indicators of product health. Within two years the product delivered a letter-grade increase in 38% of schools.
