Core Responsibilities Across All Projects
• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct user research through interviews, observation, and prototype testing to ground every product decision in real user needs
• Author detailed product requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for global engineering teams
• Drive consumer and enterprise product adoption through champion models, training, and iterative feedback loops
• Design and validate AI agent workflows including topic triggers, tool architecture, and structured data requirements
• Lead Agile sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and validate that shipped features meet defined acceptance criteria
• Present product strategy, demos, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders
